The pay and display undercover carpark in managed by Secure Parking. It is accessible via both Charles Avenue (between Chempro Chemist and ANZ bank) and Elizabeth Avenue (via Peppers Tower 2), with rates from $5.00. Street-level parking along Oracle Boulevard is pay and display, managed by Secure Parking. Rates are from $5.00 with a maximum 2-hour parking limit. Parking is available 24 hours.
Street-level parking on Charles and Elizabeth Avenue is managed by Gold Coast City Council.

Charles Avenue is a 2P Zone with an hourly rate of $3.10 between 9am – 7pm. Elizabeth Avenue is also a 2P Zone, with free parking available between 9am – 7pm for a maximum of 2 hours.
