The Touch Rugby League City v Country Championships and the QLD State Championships are two events held across the same weekend on the Gold Coast.
The eighth annual QLD State Championships will be contested over three days by teams from North Queensland all the way down to The Gold Coast. Players representing their local social competitions will compete for the right to be crowned the QLD State Champions for 2023 across 5 divisions – Men’s, Women’s, Mixed, Men’s 30s and Mixed 30s.
Also, the third installment of the famous City v Country rivalry will take place from 8:00am on Friday, April 28th. The Championship will see teams from all 5 divisions compete across a three-game series to claim bragging rights for the next 12 months.
