The glory days of surf sports will return at the Surf Life Saving Queensland Senior & Masters State Championships 15-17 March with an unforgettable experience set for both competitors and spectators.
The three-day event held at Kurrawa Surf Life Saving Club will be action-packed with thousands of Queensland’s best surf sport athletes battling each other on the surf and sand in their quest for state glory, including the pinnacle event, the Ironman and Ironwoman.
Surf Life Saving Queensland’s State Championships has a long, proud, rich history dating back as far back as 1932. The 2024 event will be broadcast live, with screens on the beach ensuring everyone can witness the action.
The racing will be hot on the beach, but there’s just as much off the beach if you need a little distraction. From market stalls, and food vendors, to live music, you name it, they have it.
