The Australian National Trials for the 2022 Commonwealth Esports Championships will determine who will represent Australia in esports and join the national team on the world stage in Birmingham. This team will come up against other Commonwealth nations during the Birmingham Commonwealth Games taking place from 7-8 August 2022 in England.
The National Trials event will be held over two days from 4-5 June at Southport Sharks. There is an open invitation to everyone who has an interest in gaming and supporting Australia’s talent to come along. In addition, the event will include an open tournament hosted by the Australian Esports League with various games. This event will be livestreamed through Youtube, twitch and Facebook.
