Gymnastics Australia is holding its Australian Gymnastics Championships on the Gold Coast for the very first time.

In a four year deal, Gymnastics Australia will host six premier gymnastics events over the next four years, including for the first time, the Australian Championships at the Gold Coast Sports and Leisure Centre, home to the Commonwealth Games.
