THE STAGE IS SET! The 2021 GIO Wheelchair Rugby National Championship is shaping to be the largest on record.

For the first time, the Gold Coast will play host to our countries best teams, as they battle it out across three days of hard-fought competition to be crowned the 2021 National Champions!

Held at the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games legacy venue, the Gold Coast Sports & Leisure Centre, the event will be fast-paced, hard-hitting action for the whole family to enjoy. Come and see one of the toughest sports on the planet in our very own backyard!

The Australian Steelers are ranked number 1 in the world. See Australia’s best wheelchair rugby athletes competing for their state teams as they prepare to defend their Gold Medal at the Tokyo Olympic Games!
